Information and permission concerning data protection in Spain

Quilantro Space S.L. ('Quilantro') with CIF number B-85634954 confirms as follows:
The personal data requested and provided by you, are incorporated into a privately owned file that is the sole responsibility of Quilantro.
Quilantro treats the information you provided only and exclusively with the objective to find housing, organise a NIE, buy and manage properties, issue invoices and follow necessary procedures related to the property or the client.
Only those data strictly necessary to adequately provide the services will be requested. In this respect, it may be necessary to collect contact data from third parties.
Quilantro guarantees that all collected data will be treated confidentially and comply with legally established security measures. Under no circumstances will such data be transferred or treated by third parties -physical or legal- without your prior written consent, except when it is essential for the correct performance of the services or in case of a legal obligation.
Once the relationship between Quilantro and you have ended, the data will be archived and kept for a period of 7 years.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, opposition and data portability, indicating by sending a written request to Quilantro Space S.L., with address: Calle Manzanares 4, 28005 Madrid, Spain. The request must contain the following information: name and surname, address, photocopy of identity card or passport and the specific request.
